At Scently, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise.

If your order arrives:

  • Or missing items

…we’ll gladly offer a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Include photos of the item(s) and the original packaging

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Used or opened items
