How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 7-13 business days. Shipping times vary by location:

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding — stay tuned!


Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at customerservice@scently.com.co or through our contact form.

Are your perfumes authentic?

Absolutely. We only sell genuine, brand-name fragrances — no knockoffs or imitations. We work with verified suppliers and wholesalers to bring you authentic scents at unbeatable prices.


 Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns. However, we understand things happen.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis depending on the issue (e.g., damaged items, wrong item shipped).

Please contact us with your order number and a description/photo of the issue.


How do I request a refund?

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll review your request within 24–48 hours.

Do I need an account to order?

Nope! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you:

  • Track orders

  • Save favorite products

  • View order history


I didn’t receive my order confirmation. What should I do?
